From the outside, this green home looks charming, sure, but it’s the inside that’s one-of-a-kind — literally. The artist homeowners (Jessica Lynch is a print maker and illustrator while her husband, Carson Lynch, owns a woodshop) curated their newly-built guest house on wheels with handmade items for the ultimate maker’s getaway.
Located on their 5.5 acres of land on Guemes Island, Washington — a small island community with a population of 650 full-time residents — the couple rents this tiny home for people looking to reconnect with nature, get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, or bust out the paint brushes.
The space fits a kitchen, living room, dining room, office area, and bathroom onto the main level alone. Look up and you’ll see two lofts — one is the “master” bedroom with a queen mattress and the other is a slightly smaller space that can be used as a single-sleeper set-up or the ultimate reading nook.
