This cozy cottage situated on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island, British Columbia, Canada was designed by architect Everest Lapp.
The stunning architecture of the house features a modern gothic style timber arched trusses and large windows which exploits the magnificent views of forest and ocean.
The modern IKEA kitchen contrasts nicely with the rustic ambience of the rest of the house. To create intimacy, the kitchen has a lowered ceiling and the space above it is a sleeping loft. Durable materials are used such as the slate flooring.
