Architecture Design - Modern House Design Philippines 2016
This is a one storey house design with a floor area of 70 m². This model is designed for the following considerations: average lot area, regular floor area, appropriate choice for middle income families and a friendly lay out of house components. This residential scheme features the use of veneer stone finishing, aluminum windows and tegula tiles roofing laid out in a combination of gable and hip roofs.
The design was plotted with two walls in a firewall to maximize the left side and house frontage to provide an optimum service as the lot area is not so big. The plan looks so traditional but still appears so smart which is an excellent choice for economic aspect. Unlike modern architecture which uses glass as primary medium, this design employs the use of typical old fashioned materials that defines simplicity but appealing to the eyes.
